Because of this, we spend very little on marketing.  The way that we market our business is to meet with people, offer our professional opinion, and then offer our services directly and honestly.

• Interviews with people in your organization and a report based on the feedback of these people.
• A brief study of the hardware and software used in daily operations including Accounting applications.
• An analysis of the flow of documents within your organization.
• An analysis of the duplication of data entry and other efficiency issues.
• An analysis of the accuracy and effectiveness of periodic reports
• A summary of our findings, suggestions on how to improve things, and a discussion on how future technologies can help your organization.

Here are some typical steps that we would take in developing your system:

1. We take the time to learn about your organization, and what drives your organization to succeed.  We learn about your goals, and make them ours.  And before we learn about your computers or your software, we learn about your people.  
2. Once we learn about the people in your organization, we take the time to study your current system.  By doing this, we can give you an objective analysis of what we understand the problems to be.  This is called our Small Business Analysis.
3. After learning about your current system, we perform a Needs Assessment which outlines the steps needed to satisfy your objectives.  This may involve a wide variety of technologies, including hardware and software requirements.  We always keep in mind though that the best solution isn't always a technical one.
4. As we perform the steps needed to satisfy your objectives, we give regular feedback to management by providing them with regular status reports.  When dealing with computers, sometimes things go wrong.  It is important though that we never ignore these things, and work together with you as a team to make sure that problems are dealt with and solved.
5. As training is completed for the staff, the system is tested, and then tested, and then tested some more!  Regular follow ups are performed to give management an idea of the types of problems that have been encountered, and how the system can continue to grow.

1. We will never try to sell something to someone or try to convince someone of something that they need which we can offer.  Instead, we present our opinion and if there is something that we can offer which is beneficial to both parties, we do business.

2. We will try to never promise things which we can not deliver.  If we are ever in a situation where we have not been able to fulfill our promises, we do whatever it takes to correct the problem to everyone's satisfaction.

3. We will never use our energy to point fingers at people or equipment.  Our time is always spent on constructive solutions.

4. If a client does not wish to pay for our services, we will not charge them.  If this happens often, we will no longer offer our services to that client.

5. Everybody associated with our company, whether they are creditors, clients, contractors, or employees will be treated with honour and respect.  We will always consider their problems, our problems.
