Systems Development
If your organization relies on being able to extract timely, meaningful, and easy to understand information, you're probably able to produce quality reports quickly and with little effort, right?
If not, WHY NOT?? The reasons can be many. Sometimes, data is being collected improperly, or duplicated making statistical information inaccurate. Sometimes the report simply doesn't exist, and sometimes there is a computer system in place which is so hard to use that people just don't bother. Sound familiar?

Here are some typical steps that we would take in developing your system:
- We take the time to learn about your organization, and what drives your organization to succeed. We learn about your goals, and make them ours. And before we learn about your computers or your software, we learn about your people.
- Once we learn about the people in your organization, we take the time to study your current system. By doing this, we can give you an objective analysis of what we understand the problems to be. This is called our Small Business Analysis.
- After learning about your current system, we perform a Needs Assessment which outlines the steps needed to satisfy your objectives. This may involve a wide variety of technologies, including hardware and software requirements. We always keep in mind though that the best solution isn't always a technical one.
- As we perform the steps needed to satisfy your objectives, we give regular feedback to management by providing them with regular status reports. When dealing with computers, sometimes things go wrong. It is important though that we never ignore these things, and work together with you as a team to make sure that problems are dealt with and solved.
- As training is completed for the staff, the system is tested, and then tested, and then tested some more! Regular follow ups are performed to give management an idea of the types of problems that have been encountered, and how the system can continue to grow.
